- Work with the municipalities and community planning groups to expand park, open-space and trail connections/extensions within Chaffee County
- Help develop a Chaffee County Multi-Modal Transportation Plan
- Continue to invite and support appropriate projects as a non-profit fiscal agent
- Continue to encourage preservation of our historic buildings and sites
